Due to continued dry conditions—including no rain, hot/windy weather, and no water at Ryus Bridge—the Town of La Veta has officially moved to Stage 2 Water Restrictions.

Please note that these restrictions may increase to Stage 3 or Stage 4 quickly if the rain and snow situation does not improve.

💧 YOUR WATERING SCHEDULE

All Stage 1 restrictions remain in place to include no watering in the heat of the day and the prohibition of oscillating sprinklers. Watering is now strictly limited to the following schedule:

• West of Main Street: Watering allowed on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

• East of Main Street: Watering allowed on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

• Sundays: NO WATERING permitted town-wide.

⏰ STRICT TIME LIMITS

Outside watering is only permitted during these windows:

• 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM

• 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Watering during the heat of the day is prohibited.)
