URGENT: STAGE 3 WATER RESTRICTIONS NOW IN EFFECT

Due to continued dry conditions—including no rain, hot/windy weather, Town of La Veta has officially moved to Stage 3 Water Restrictions.

YOUR WATERING SCHEDULE

All Stage 1 and 2 restrictions remain in place to include no watering in the heat of the day and the prohibition of oscillating sprinklers. Hand watering is now strictly limited to the following schedule:

West of Main Street: Hand Watering allowed on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

East of Main Street: Hand Watering allowed on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Sundays: NO WATERING permitted town-wide.

STRICT TIME LIMITS

Outside hand watering is only permitted during the hours of 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

(Watering during the heat of the day is prohibited.)
